Biography
Chad is the managing attorney for Rollins Law Group. Prior to law school, Chad gained over ten years of experience in both a corporate environment and as a small business owner himself. During law school, Chad clerked for a local law firm where he worked in a variety of practice areas including entity selection and formation (for profit and non-profit), trial and appellate civil litigation, real estate and business transactions, and estate planning. Those life and work experiences give him a unique insight and ability to identify with and service the needs of his clients, whether they be personal or business. Chad’s practice emphasizes cost-effective solutions that seek to avoid unnecessary litigation while minimizing costs and risk.

COVID-19 Rental Relief For Indiana Landlords & Tenants
On Wednesday, June 24, 2020, Governor Holcomb announced he will extend Indiana’s prohibition on evictions and foreclosures through August 1, 2020. The one bright spot for Indiana landlords came when Jacob Sipe, director of the Housing and Community Development Authority, also announced the “Indiana COVID-19 Rental Assistance Program.” The program utilize $25 Million from the federal CARES Act and will provide Indiana tenants living outside of Marion County assistance of up to $500 per month for four months to pay their landlords.
