Rollins Law Group is located in Fishers, IN supporting small to medium size businesses, individuals and their families.  Our practice emphasizes cost-effective solutions that seek to avoid unnecessary litigation while minimizing costs and risk.  We focus on real estate law, landlord/tenant law, civil litigation, specialized driving privileges, business law, debt collection, and estate planning.  

Biography

Chad is the managing attorney for Rollins Law Group.  Prior to law school, Chad gained over ten years of experience in both a corporate environment and as a small business owner himself.  During law school, Chad clerked for a local law firm where he worked in a variety of practice areas including entity selection and formation (for profit and non-profit), trial and appellate civil litigation, real estate and business transactions, and estate planning.  Those life and work experiences give him a unique insight and ability to identify with and service the needs of his clients, whether they be personal or business.  Chad’s practice emphasizes cost-effective solutions that seek to avoid unnecessary litigation while minimizing costs and risk.
